Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This document is published in English. The English version is the one that applies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlowyPixel (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FlowyPixel is a no-code website builder. It gives you a visual editor, a template library, and hosting for the sites you publish with it.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done with your account. Provide accurate information when you create it.
A workspace can hold several people, each with a role: an owner, an admin, an editor or a viewer. An editor can publish a site to the internet. Add people only when you mean to give them that.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to another workspace
- Engage in spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate a person or an organization, or publish content designed to deceive
5. Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of the content you create with FlowyPixel. By publishing it, you grant us the limited licence we need to host and serve it. We keep all rights to the platform, the editor and the templates.
6. Plans and Limits
Each workspace is on a plan, and the plan's limits are enforced by the Service — on projects, sites published at once, custom domains, people in the workspace, and uploaded file size. When you reach one, the Service tells you which limit it was. Your current plan and usage are on your billing page, and the plans are listed on the pricing page.
Paid plans are not open for signup yet. Every workspace is on the free plan, nothing is billed, and no payment details are collected. When paid plans open, they will be billed in advance, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before changing a price you are already paying.
7. Ending Your Use of the Service
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from your profile. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone: it deletes your account and every workspace you are the only owner of, including the sites those workspaces publish. Export your data first if you want to keep it — the same screen offers a download.
We may suspend or terminate an account for a violation of these terms. Where we can, we will say what the violation was and give you a chance to put it right.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowyPixel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced by email or a notice in the Service, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
